Sindre has a background from a variation of technical industries and roles, ranging from sales and marketing, to consulting. He started his career as a seller of computer hardware, and it solutions, before joining the university to study computer science. after one year he had acquired skills in web-design, basic programming, and uml – all of which helping him easier understand and design application flow, mockups and prototypes. He thereafter went on to take his bachelor of science in management information systems at BI Norwegian Business School. After which he went on to work as an IT consultant, in BI’s brand new high-tech educational facility. During this time, he educated the professors on how to utilize the new technology in the best possible way. He also collaborated on a cross functional IT implementation project, where he gave input and recommendations on how the IT infrastructure should be implemented at the next three BI campuses. The next chapter of Sindre started when he moved to San Francisco in 2013 to take his MBA degree emphasizing in information systems and marketing at San Francisco State University. During this time, he was very involved in the various student organizations, and eventually became the co-president of International Business Graduate Association. He also became a member of the SAP University Alliance after taking a handful of SAP sponsored classes, and helping to set up the first student meetup for SAP in Silicon Valley. During his last semester, Sindre and his team won a hackathon organized by SAP, Capgemini, PG&E, and HP – where the first prize was sponsored tickets and stay in Las Vegas for SAP’s TechEd conference, and participation in InnoJam (oct. 2015). After graduating with an mba degree, Sindre landed a job as a consultant with Innovation Norway at their San Francisco office. at the same time Sindre was hired as an investment analyst intern with one of the leading early stage venture capital firms in the Nordics, Creandum, where he works together with the Aay Area team on multimillion dollar deals.
